TARA VISCONTI ELECTED VICE-PRESIDENT OF HUNTINGTON KIWANIS

Tara Visconti has been an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Huntington since 2008. In 2009/2010 Ms. Visconti served on the Board of Directors and was the Club’s Secretary. Ms. Visconti was recently elected Vice President of the Club for the 2010/2011 year. She will also remain on the Board of Directors. Kiwanis Club is a voluntary, charitable International organization devoted to serving the children of Huntington by raising money through various fundraising events and services. The Club provides needy families with food baskets at Thanksgiving, and organizes a Christmas shopping tour at Sears every year where underprivileged children are provided with winter coats and toys. Kiwanis also raises money to send underprivileged children to Kamp Kiwanis for a week in the summer.
