Residents have moved into this multi-residential development containing 24 single-bedroom apartments. BBV represented the developer, VMD Development, Corp., in connection with its Change of Zone Application to the Town of Babylon Town Board, its Site Plan Application to the Town of Babylon Planning Board and its Variance Application to the Town of Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals.
Condominium Project on Rte. 109 in West Babylon
South Shore Villas at Rte. 109, West Babylon - the attorneys at BBV represented the developer in connection with obtaining municipal approvals allowing the site to be developed with 36 condominium units.
Commercial Projects
The attorneys at BBV have represented Lowe's Home Centers, Inc. in connection with obtaining zoning approvals to develop stores located at Farmingdale, Bay Shore and Riverhead.
